450 mg of vitamin e a day I don’t think it matters which brand
I don’t think brands matter at all. I switch them all the time and my hormones are still low. Wish you luck
I take 1 per day with food.
If you get more than 10 migraines a month (chronic migraine) increase to 2 capsules a day with food. It should be safe but please ask your doctor. Eating tuna and salmon twice a week is also helpful.
Let me know if you have any questions.

So I read 2000-3000mg of omega 3 EFA is what’s good for muscle growth. Is this what I need?
I found this on amazing. 2,200 mg of omega 3. Take one of these per day?
These amazing Omega-3 supplements pulled me out of major episode.
Also have been trying St. John's Wort. Not sure yet if it's going to work long term but it's worth looking into.

But I think any will work honestly!
And
3 pills each. It took a month to see changes. Two months for it to get to 322
Omega 3 Fish Oil 4,080mg - High EPA 1200mg + DHA 900mg Triple Strength Burpless Softgels - Arazo Nutrition (120 Soft Gels) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01GV4O37E/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_406BP7VE8217R6CN49DC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Do you have any recommendations for something more cost effective than this
Cost effective choice. I have one serving per day
You take 6 servings of that and you get 1296mg EPA, 864mg DHA.
Or you take one serving of these and get 1200mg EPA, 900mg DHA:

I wouldn't worry so much about the other fats, those are typical in a bodybuilding diet.
Yes it started in my left eye mostly.
It's starting to go away after taking Omega 3s
I think any deficiency gets severely aggravated post covid, leading to such symptoms.
wow. I thought I was savvy shopper and knew how not to get snagged by fakes. omg.. I think I have been buying the same BS product rebranded. Here's another that "feel" exactly the same:
https://www.amazon.com/Omega-Fish-Oil-2250mg-Nutrition/dp/B01GV4O37E/
Same bullsh*t brand as the original DTL23 posted. More I looked into the company it's almost exact copy of the BS brand the poster is talking about!? OMF** GOD. So looked at their original site: https://arazonutrition.com/pages/about-arazo
same generic glossy look.
Has over 6,600 ratings of 4.5 stars?!?
I bought and have taken over 3mons of this sh*t. OMG.
The location of their place is a Delaware Corp holding Co middle of nowhere.

Amazon is going to be in a world of hurt when consumers get a whiff of what they've been getting. There is no such thing as have done my due diligence anymore.
Admittedly, I could easily setup the SAME thing but be peddling litgit products. As a small dropship business owner this setup would be walk in the park easy money.
So looks and sounds like these are probably small time people like us trying to make some income but ending up basically peddling BS products from a big fish in china/india.

[UPDATE] So I'm digging in some more...

Of course you realize they can say anything they want especially about all the GMO, raw material blah blah blah.. and they do not have to show any justifications or proof.
Hey all, I am an avid Amazon shopper. I have a 1yr and having to be able to shop on Amzn is indispensable but trying to avoid getting my baby killed or sick by fake products is exhausting. So I try my darnest to do due diligence but with only few hours of sleep and energy, sometimes skipping through reviews and shear number of reviews matter. Until now.
No good way to tell but to simply must pay the extra dollar and get the name brand although no guarantees there either. I guess I'll be doing more Kirkland shopping and short amzn and buy more cost ?
You're right about the veggies, it's mostly out of laziness and convenience I stick to lettuce. I'll try to include a bit more variety.
For fish oil I use this brand: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GV4O37E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It has 1200mgEPA+900mg DHA per 2 capsules. I take 10 of them per day... so is it enough to take only 2 then? Keep in mind I don't really eat seafood much apart from the occasional tuna can because I don't have a taste for non-fatty fish.
About stressing: Got, it I'll try to not think about it. As for the free meal, yes I know some people say it's better to do it at least 2 weeks in but I was feeling really hungry and eating a free meal upregulated my motivation. Plus I did not go crazy on unhealthy foods, I ate fruit and 1 cookie, that's not really over the top. Regardless if I am to stick with this for 3-4 months I will have to use free meals most weeks. For me it is also about being able to treat yourself without getting off the wagon. Because in the long term that's always been my problem. I was super strict, lost weight, then once I had a social obligation or whatever where I cheated I felt off the wagon and put it all back on. Part of the rationale of including them for me is to avoid just that. If I am to get lean I need to learn along the process to handle occasional slips and not freak out about them.
As for the Ephedrine thing, I take it for the thermogenic effects not for energy (although it's a nice perk at the beginning at least). Lyle claims it's more effective the longer you take it, so I'll keep taking EC unless I see unwanted side-effects. The only thing so far is diminished libido but plumbing (so to speak) works fine otherwise so I plan to keep on for now.
About legs/LBM: You know people say this about LBM but as explained by Lyle in this book (or maybe another one cannot remember) LBM contribution to calorie expenditure is not as significant as people make it out to be. Regardless I don't care about strength, stability and whatnot. I am not an athlete nor do I have plans to be one. I just want my body to look good, with my definition of what good means. You can always put muscle at places later on, but losing muscle from specific places seems almost impossible. So while I hear where you come from, I am not really inclined to change my mind on this one.
