Of the book on the list I have read, they are all good. Another good one (although not "recent") is One Man's Mountains - Tom Patey
Krakauers' Everest Book (Into Thin Air) is also quite good although depressing.
Also, Doug Scott, the great brit climber I believe wrote a book about a climb of the Ogre (1970's, late) where he broke his leg high on the peak and had to "crawl" down the climb and a good portion of the approach. I can't seem to find it on Amazon. Perhaps Chris Bonnington wrote it. Truly a great read.
