1) There are some books and articles that talk about this subject matter, but it's not as simple as "copy parameter(s) from datasheet". I recommend you search the "LTspice User Group" at https://groups.io/g/LTspice since this subject matter likely has come up at some point in the past.

2) The "easy way" answer is use an existing SPICE model, either from the LTspice library or manufacturer model or a 3rd party model. Look for a real part from one of the transistor manufactures in my Spice Model list, then download the model for the part.
