After asking a similar question and getting some good answers re: heat sources, but also reading around and seeing a lot of "you should also get a fan to circulate the heat evenly", I just bought a $16 fan heater, and place it on the small shelf in my freezer. To be fair, I've only had it in place for a week or 2, but it's performing pretty well so far
