From basic stuff to the most advanced? That's a tall order. You should look up Leonard Susskind's bare minimum books. And i hope you know your maths, understanding today's physics without math is just fantasy. If you also want to learn the math I suggest MIT opencourseware, there you can access all the lectures from the start of undrgrad in math, advanced math physics or anything really. These books explain many complex concepts of astrophysics without any need for math if you like that subject.
