I am not aware of any power supply that has 3. You can just purchase an additional one like this one:
First, for the end that plugs into the PSU:
Looking at your PSU, the connector that plugs into the PSU is 8 pins.
The cable you linked from BestBuy shows 12 pins on the PSU end, so that won't work. In fact, as I look at my PSU and a few others, I don't see any that use 12 pins.

Second, for the end that plugs into the GPU:
AMD lists under specs for the 6700XT "Additional power connector: 8 pin + 6 pin"
On this MSI 6700XT, I see two 8-pin connectors, which seems to be standard. Look at your GPU and see if it's similar, or if there's possibly one 8-pin and one 6-pin. If so, you might want a cable like this that has 6+2 ends so you can just leave one of those 2's hanging if it isn't needed in your GPU.

Disclaimer: I'm not an expert and have only built one PC in the last 20 years. The cables that came with my PSU worked with my GPU so I didn't have to think much about it.
