No specific suggestions but right now I have something very similar to these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0725P27CP/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_63G1AH933CT4FDFWTNM8?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
My only regret is not getting ones that have numbered straps for more accurate adjusting.

Bodyweight fitness is the cost effective way to get buff. If you need/want equipment, I suggest suspension trainers (TRX imitators or Gym Rings). You could actually do a lot of the same exercises with dumbbells (bicep curls, tricep extensions, rows) but you could adjust the "weight" but repositioning your body.

You can go onto amazon and find lots of options. If you're tight on a budget or you just want something that works, you can get a good set of plastic rings and buckle straps for ~$20-25 and that will work very well (just make sure the reviews are good).
However, if you can dish out the extra cash, I'd suggest you get a pair of rings that use carabiner straps instead since the adjustment time is a lot faster and precise and the security of the straps is much safer as well. The pair that I have is branded by a company called Gonex which I got from amazon and I've been very happy with the purchase. If I remember correctly, the weight rating is also at around 1100-1500 lbs or so (much better than most standard rings). If you don't want to go with Gonex, there are also plenty of other companies that sell the carabiner strap too. This style of rings will usually cost you around $30-60, but IMO it's worth every penny if you're going to be regularly doing a lots of calisthenics/gymnastics training. Here are a couple brands you can look at:
Again, IMO, I would get this style of rings as it's more secure, precise, easy/fast to adjust, and aesthetically pleasing. However, if you just want to have a trial run of some rings or just want something that works, the buckle strap rings are also a very good, cheap option. Just do some research and look at reviews and you'll get yourself a great pair of rings regardless!
