An intersecting book https://www.amazon.com/Pagan-Prayer-Beads-Meditation-Rosaries/dp/1578633842 but there are others too.
In the early 1990s, Shadyn wrote a book on the Avalonian Mysteries called the "Crafted Cup". In it, was the Rosary of Our Lady. Since then, there are a multitude of pagan and Wiccan prayers online.

There's even a book on them.
Get yourself a bracelet or necklace of wooden beads and chant the preferred mantra, once per bead, when you feel anxiety coming on. Practically speaking, mantra occupies the linguistic parts of the brain that tend to go into overdrive when anxiety comes on. If you chant slowly, you can time mantra to relaxed breathing which will lower your heart rate.
If you want to take a deity approach to mantra, be sure to pick a purely beneficent one. No tricksters, etc. You can deal with the darker side of reality once you are more comfortable in your own skin.
I'd second "Om Mane Padme Hum" and also recommend "Om tare tuttare ture svaha." More info on that here: http://www.wildmind.org/mantras/figures/greentara
