In addition I bought safflower oil as medium.

Are these enough materials to start painting?

Every one of my paintings i made I am confused on how the paint blends?

I understand what Liquid White is but do i need it to paint every single time?

All the paintings i try to make, the paint is too thick, and its hard to blend the colour. I am confused on how to get started. Please let me know.
