If you can't find a case, try a jar. Not as safe as a case, but if you're careful it'll work. I have my 8" bong in this exact one (it's 10" long The jar)

I grind my coffee on a course setting and let it soak 24 hours in a glass mason jar.

I used to soak them in a bag but now I just soak them as-is. After 24 hours, I grab a bowl and pour the coffee through a fine mesh strainer. Since I have a Chemex, I just use that to filter the sediment and get a nice filtered cup. This gives me a coffee concentrate that I usually cut in half with water as I need it.

• One cup of coffee beans is about 100 grams. I do 100 grams of coffee(1 cup) to 3 cups of filtered water.

• 24 soak

• Strain and filter

• Cut with water and store in that same mason jar(not in a bowl).

Do you think this jar will be ok?
