I sterilize once or twice a day...but I use a papablic sterilizer and dryer. Saves me so much time as it's a set it and forget it.

A sterilization station! All the bottles and nipples and various other parts that need to be sterilized daily (if not multiple times a day) really killed my hands with the scalding water, so this one on amazon was great to have.
We have a bottle sterilizer and dryer for this exact reason. We never use the sterilizing aspect of it, we just use it to dry all the various plastic bits associated with a baby. It’s been really handy. Link to what we use.
My husband became nervous about wet bottles when we started bottle feeding our son, so we bought a combo dryer/sterilizer: Papablic Baby Bottle Electric Steam Sterilizer and Dryer [link]
We don’t use the sterilizer setting unless we’ve hand washed stuff; the nurses told us at the hospital that, if we wash bottles in the dishwasher, the water gets hot enough to kill the germs. But they advised against hand washing because your sink and sponges could have bacteria that aren’t good for the baby. The sterilization function has been very convenient for when we’re traveling and don’t have access to a dishwasher. I’ve seen sterilizers that take a lot less time, but not ones that dry as well.
My kid is 4.5 months now, and the dryer is probably overkill. But it makes us feel more confident, so it was worth it.
Not op, but it does for us. Honestly, the best part is the drying feature. It gets the bottles sterilized and dry in less than an hour. Here is the one we use from Amazon, Papablic baby bottle sterilizer and dryer. I like it because it fits the large Dr. Brown bottles.
We got this one. I can do 3 full sets of medela pump parts in it easily. I've also packed 5ish sets in there, but it was pretty crowded. It still sterilizes fine, but doesn't dry as well if it's overloaded.

I was using the microwave sterilizer (was told so many times that I didn’t NEED ONE) and it fucking sucks. This one holds more items and organizes them so they fit properly and dries them off. I hated having to wash then microwave then hang up to dry then wait 4 hours to put them away.
I use a counter top sterilizer, this one: Papablic Baby Bottle Eletric Steam Sterilizer and Dryer [link]
For us a serious game changer was a bottle sanitizer and dryer. Our washing machine wouldn’t dry them very well so they would sit on a drying rack for the better part of a day drying out. We got this thing that sanitizes and dries (or just dries) and damn it’s nice. It only takes an hour to complete. Link
Another one is this bouncer. It is incredibly handy to sit and bounce him while we sit on the couch and eat dinner, or just a place for him to nap while we veg out on our phones. This exact one too because it has a place to use your foot to bounce it. The rest don’t for some reason. Link
Baby breeza formula mixer. Incredibly handy for middle of the night feedings where you don’t want to wait for a bottle of breast milk to warm up, or deal with mixing your own bottle. Link
This one in my opinion is excellent! It dries the bottles, and has an extra dry, as well as sterilizes. I hated how wet the other sterilizer I had would leave bottles, didn't feel clean to me. I bought this one for my first and bought a new one for my second (it lasted almost 2 years, it could last longer, but mine ran into an issue of my own making).
This is the one we use
It was worth it for us. Super easy to use and has a drying function.
I have this one and it fits 12 cups AND dries them. It. Is. The. Shit.
We love this thing ... does everything in about 45 minutes.
