You need a 24 Port Patch Panel. Some keystones, and some cat6 cabling. Then you can either colour code the patch cables, or the keystones. That'll get rid of the red cables coming out of the 2nd row.
You can get this one from Amazon if you don't want to terminate lines (basically comes with female to female jacks in keystone form) - https://www.amazon.com/Keystone-Support-Rapink-Pass-Thru-Removable/dp/B09FZKHH2G/ref=sr_1_1?crid=1EF0Q3PWY6ELJ&keywords=patch+panel&qid=1651765645&sprefix=patch+panel%2Caps%2C163&sr=8-1
OR this (if you want to run custom cables (the kind you terminate yourself): https://www.amazon.com/Cable-Matters-Mount-24-Port-Keystone/dp/B0072JVT02/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1EF0Q3PWY6ELJ&keywords=patch+panel&qid=1651765645&sprefix=patch+panel%2Caps%2C163&sr=8-3
With this patch you'll want SLIM Keystones:
(OR Go to your local electrician supply store and pick and choose the colours in whatever number you wish).
DO NOT BUY THIS KIND:
It's a headache and you'll be cursing before you're done two punchdowns.
