Remember Leslie wrote a book about Pawnee? Well the cast and crew made a real copy of it! It's about 250 pages long and it's hilarious! It's only $12.99 on Amazon. Quite a steal.

My wife and I are fans of the show. I generally don't like TV as a medium or sitcoms. 5 minutes into the first episode, we both turned it off and said we didn't think it was funny. We were encouraged to give it another shot. The first season isn't great, but in the end, the show really was wonderful. We both loved it.

We did spend money on Leslie Knope's fake book, which is pretty funny and I recommend that if a fan of the show wants to spend money.

If your girlfriend is a die-hard fan, she might appreciate the official Book of Pawnee. It's hilarious, full of random facts about the world of the show. I think it's great.

Other ideas: definitely waffles, as mentioned below. This could also extend to waffle plushies and waffle jewellery as well as the edible kind. Speaking of edible, how about a model of your house made out of gingerbread? Anything in a cute oversized box like (SPOILERS?) this would work too. Or you could make a quintessential Leslie Knope Binder showcasing all the great times you guys have had together – photos, letters, movie tickets. A snowglobe? An eclair in the shape of her initials? Otherwise, just hit up "Parks and Rec gifts" on Etsy or something.

Also, if you're giving her a card, you should definitely use a Knope Compliment. I feel like this sub really needs a name for those. Knopliments?
