thanks! :)
my favorite brand is pbfit. it's available in all the us grocery stores i've checked, and it's only 1 carb and 25 calories per tablespoon. [also on amazon]https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KKEECLS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ODlYCbNHQ3BE5). banana cream isopure with peanut butter is my absolute favorite.
Sorry, I misspoke. It’s PB peanut butter powder, has 8g of protein. I usually add it to my smoothies, but I’ve mixed it with water to make peanut butter and it’s delicious. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KKEECLS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_9JYFE4K75BBS1TS81828
PB Fit really good stuff. You can even just add some water and mix it up to make a good peanut butter
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but sometimes sacrifices must be made.
This may be helpful though. https://www.amazon.com/PBfit-All-Natural-Powdered-Roasted-Pressed/dp/B01KKEECLS (also available at most Costcos).
Keep it in the house and you can add some PB flavor to things in moderation. But it won't be a ready source of PB like a jar where you can just spoon it out. So you'll have to really want to to go to the effort of using it which may help fight off the cravings.
This stuff. I bought some at Costco and its great in oatmeal and in protein shakes.
Me too. The variety of things you can add to it is interesting, I just ordered some peanut butter powder after trying some with peanut butter melted into it.
Your post should be a sticky!
Since you mentioned you limit the shakes based on space in the blender, I am curious about what you think of using something like powdered peanut butter with extra avocado oil to make up for the lack of fat?
(I have no idea if that would end up being cheaper or more expensive than real peanut butter...or if it would allow you to fit more meals into the blender. I saw this powdered peanut butter at costco the other day and when I read your post above I wondered if this might be an idea to squeeze an extra meal into your blender.)
I've been using a powdered, defatted peanut butter that you reconstitute water. The one I've been using is PBfit All-Natural Peanut Butter Powder, Powdered Peanut Spread From Real Roasted Pressed Peanuts, 8g of Protein (30 Oz.), which I got on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/PBfit-All-Natural-Powdered-Roasted-Pressed/dp/B01KKEECLS it's 2 points for a 2 tablespoon measure of the powder (on the Purple Plan.) There's another version that's without sugar and that's 1 point for a 2 tablespoon measure of the powder (on the Purple Plan). I've sometimes mix that with the PB Fit to get more peanut butter for my points. The one I get is organic. Their Amazon store is at https://www.amazon.com/stores/PB2/page/9BC1A7B6-FAF2-4B37-9DC5-33360712C756?ref_=ast_bln. You can also find it in stores. Enjoy!
My shakes: Milk, coffee, banana, peanut butter, ON vanilla ice cream protein powder, ice cubes, and some greens (like spinach).
One thing I discovered recently (thanks to Will Tennyson on YouTube) that I didn't know existed: peanut butter powder. It's easier to deal with when making shakes than regular peanut butter, and they have it at normal grocery stores.
Also, I've never been to Smoothie King, so this is likely nothing like what you have there.

Even though it's more expensive upfront than buying a thing of PB, it saves a ton of $$$ in the long term and lasts awhile. :)
87% less bc it's removed...

Peanut butter powder is super easy to add to shakes and or brownies/cookies. peanut butter powder

Many similar products, just look for "peanut butter powder".
When I do long-distance backpacking, I take nuts, protein bars and peanut butter in addition to my core meals. We easily burn 5-6k calories a day (hiking 15-20 miles a day in mountainous terrain). Meals are mostly oatmeal and backpacking meals bolstered with potato flakes. I also carry one "survival brick" as a backup.
I love peanut butter too, it's soooo high in calories though :'(
Try PBFit! It's a powdered peanut butter that you mix with water, and it's like 50 calories for 2 tablespoons! It tastes great, not quite exactly the same as real peanut butter, but it definitely satisfies my craving for peanut butter. Also goes great in protein shakes :)
When I'm feeling hungry but don't have much in my budget for a snack, I just go for a cup of coffee instead. You can add 0 calorie sweeteners or syrups (I like these) to make them more flavorful. It kinda tricks your brain into thinking you ate something and coffee has just enough calories to stave off hunger :)
Nice! People seem to love it.
Here's a cleaned up link if anyone is interested: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KKEECLS/
PB Fit is pretty good: https://www.amazon.com/PBfit-All-Natural-Powdered-Roasted-Pressed/dp/B01KKEECLS
Hey, I got you. Powdered peanut butter has significantly less calories

PB fit bro come on
https://www.amazon.com/PBfit-All-Natural-Powdered-Roasted-Pressed/dp/B01KKEECLS
its perfect as long as you aren't trying to put it on a sandwich
There is still some fat remaining though... https://www.amazon.com/PBfit-All-Natural-Powdered-Roasted-Pressed/dp/B01KKEECLS 2 grams per scoop(a proper big boy scoop, I'm not talking tablespoons here), zero saturated fat, and it's likely all pufas. Don't get me wrong, this is worlds better than Skippy, but it still isn't ideal.
Forgive my ignorance, but I'm allergic to all nuts so I wouldn't know if the flavor will be right...but perhaps macadamia nut powder plus stearic acid would be a better idea?

PB Fit is worth trying as a low calorie peanut replacement. I put it in vanilla Halo Top and like it more than the actual peanut butter Halo Top.
