I was just thinking about this. I picked up a Pelican 1200 on Amazon for $39.99 as part of last year's Black Friday sale. It's currently listed as $67, but I think this is somewhat of a mainstay for their annual sale. I don't know that it's 'non-bulky', but it's definitely strong and the pick and pluck foam makes for a nice custom fit for my 1911.

Pelican 1200 Case w/ Foam. Link on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002INQT2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The case has the pluck foam that you can pluck out to mold to the gun, which you could do, but you would have to cut out a piece to fit the beavertail because it won't fit. I elected to not do that. There is another smaller layer of foam beneath the top one and I just took that out so that and it works perfectly to keep everything in place without having to deal with the plucking.
I bought a Pelican 1200. I actually got a 1020 first, only to realize that the jyarz were just a little too long and created a little too much pressure on the latches. the 1200 is the smallest case you can get which will still hold jyarz.

they've hovered around $40 since summer, so I don't think there's any need to rush in case you want to do some further research.
I worked with environmental geology pumping systems in Florida and normally everything had gaskets and waterproof seals that would probably survive apocalyptic events.
Imagine this but with a pipe running to it with a serious waterproof gasket around it.

It's a Pelican 1200. The foam it comes with can be picked out and it fits those ultra pro magnet snap cases perfectly, on their sides. Tbh I wish I got a larger one; this one fits 9 cards perfectly, 7 across and 2 behind. But it's really portable and offers great protection, except it doesn't have a lock, unfortunately.
I think your best bet is getting something like a Pelican case on Amazon with the tearable foam so you can make your own slots to put minis.

If you're into that pelican case, just browse the pelican cases in Amazon. You'll have different sizes to choose from. This one is the same price as the vape capsule but larger
It is a Pelican 1200 with "Pick N Pluck" foam so it doesn't require a special device to cut the slots. You can find them cheaper if you're OK with other colors like the bright blue.
I went to a small herf last night, and took this with me. I got an easy 30 sticks in there, and there was certainly room for more. Plus you could run over it with your car and the sticks would be fine. I love pelican.
Went to a herf last night and took this with me. I fit about 30 cigars in it, but could have fit another 30 in there easily.
Its a pelican case. I have the same one in black. They come in a variety of sizes and colors. example: https://www.amazon.com/Pelican-1200-Case-Foam-Black/dp/B0002INQT2/ref=sr\_1\_4?dchild=1&keywords=pelican+case&qid=1624638185&sr=8-4
It all depends on how many cigars you'll smoke throughout the weekend, and if you're taking some for other people or not. If you are only taking 3 or 4, I think those will be fine. Otherwise, I'm going to say they'll be too small, especially if you want to make room for lighters, cutters, etc. I just took a Pelican 1200 to a local herf, and I was able to stuff about 40 sticks in it. It was packed to the brim so I couldn't fit any lighters or cutters in or anything. I have an 1150 laying around that would be good for a smaller number of sticks and the accessories, so I'd go for at least that size if I were you.
As far as foam goes, I was using three sheets of foam in my case. The pick and pluck goes the whole way through the foam, so you can't have different layers unless you cut it in half. I guess you could stack the cigars on top of each other and then put the lighter/cutter in vertically, but if it were up to me, I'd want them laying flat so that when I opened the case, you could see it all laid out. I just left the foam layers out for a few days before I used them to let them air out, but even in 3 days for the weekend, if the foam smells, it's not going to leech into your cigars.
I know that was long and texty, but I love Pelican cases, and have used them for carrying cameras, cigars, food, emergency kits, etc. I'd just suggest that you go bigger than you'd think you'd need. Get a boveda or 2, and you'll be set for the weekend. Hope this helps!
Is kinda overkill (ie. Pricey) but I can personally verify that a Pelican 1200 case can perfectly fit two of the 15 cube ice cube trays that get mentioned here. The ice cube tray is a perfect fit for the standard square methadone take home bottles. So can fit 30 take homes without a ton of extra wasted space.
Pelican cases do need a separate padlock if one needs to have a lock on their lockbox which adds to the price. I went with a lockout style padlock which is easy to remove without a key since the body is made of plastic and can be broken with a hammer.
Might be other cases that keep bottles upright even when in the carrying position. The 1200 case would have the bottles at 90 degrees when being carried with the handle.

Among people that get paid to secure things they are well known to actually be garbage for situations like OP. From the reviews of the product you linked:
“I really liked this when my wife came home with it for me. It took my son (he's 15) about 1 minute to grab a pair of steel nail clippers, open the hooked end (the one used for cleaning under your nails) place it in the keyhole and turn it effortlessly. It opened right away, much to my dismay. Try it yourself if you own one. I rate this a NO BUY. “
I’d guess OP’s housemate will easily find the instructions for opening that sentrysafe undetected.
Having a lockbox that reveals when it has been tampered with should be the lowest bar OP may want to reach. I’d recommend a quality pelican case with a quality un-shimable padlock at the least... preferably one with a fancy key. Better yet a decent floor safe used for firearms bought at a local/independent gun store.. but that’s probably overkill. Would be the only thing that would deter someone without power tools for any length of time.

https://www.amazon.ca/Pelican-1200-Case-Foam-Black/dp/B0002INQT2 here is a ceapish case @ 4.8” x9.6” x 10” for 69.99 vs those 5k cardboard box options @ 49.99 its a pretty easy sell in my mind.
Two options I mention a lot…
1) ‘book safes’ - they look like a book but have a metal box under the cover that locks, with a key… as discrete as they come and pretty durable as innards are made of metal.
2) ‘Pelican’ style cases - made to carry photography, music equipment or guns. Name brand can be a bit pricey ($50-$100) and will need to buy a padlock to secure it. Not really that discrete (magnet for thieves thinking it’s high end camera stuff or a gun) but pretty much as durable as it gets. Most even can float and get run over by a (small) car. Likely overkill.
I use the pelican case with a lockout style padlock that prevents key from being removed when unlocked. That style of lock is also relatively easy to remove by destroying the lock.. saving the box.

Its an indoor unit. I put it inside a Pelican case. I'm using these PoE splitters. I drilled a hole in the side of the case and used grommets to pass the cable through.
I only use the Masterlock combos but don't use the original case for storage or transport. I grabbed a Pelican 1200 case when Amazon and cut the foam specifically for my Shadow, but I also use a cheap Plano case like this when hauling multiple pistols around. There are other cases like the pelicans and other cases like the planos and will just come down to your budget and preference.
Alternatively, these trigger locks are lower profile. Are they low enough ... I don't know.
The 1200 is less then $60

Does anyone know why you need chemicals to make watch?
How about this war chest ?
This is probably overkill, but I used a Pelican case for a V60 and my grinder. I repurposed the case when I sold my camera.
Got it off Amazon
Canoe trip and you are considering taking your DSLR and you think a Pelican case is overkill?
First off, I would get a used EOS-M (or M2) and the EF-M 18-55 & EF-M 22mm f/2.0 lenses. Light APS-C mirrorless. Great camera.
You could then get a smaller pelican case. For a couple pounds weight you could have a camera, extra lens, small tripod, batteries, and a case.
Here's a EOS-M in a Pelican 1200: http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/53275716
I see what you did there. This is the case I'm looking at: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002INQT2/
Edit: dumbass me replying to a bot... /facepalm
I would buy something like this and lock it with a combination lock.
Pelican 1200 and a Tightvac.
it's a Pelican 1200, water proof and so airtight it has a pressure valve.
got it off Amazon, it's been on sale for around $40

Pelican 1200, fucking tremendous bang for your buck

My buddy goes on float trips a lot.
The only problem that he has is that his group doesn't have music and the waterproof boomboxes cost an arm and a leg (and very few have any kind of MP3 support)
I purchased a Pelican 1300, and I drilled out two holes on the top (~ 1" space on each side). I then threw in two waterproof speakers making sure that it was sealed tightly (required some calk).
I stripped the RCA side of a 3.5mm jack to RCA cable and soldered the ends to the speakers.
