If you already have an vacuum, you could get an adapter (there are others brands and types) to attach to the vacuum. Man, I have a GSD and this attachment made grooming so much easy and pleasant for both of us.
I bought this thing on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ACBHMEI) you'll have to figure out how to get it to fit your vacuum, but overall, works well on my two dogs. It fits my shark vacuum using the expandable adapter.
We also have this this hand vacuum for the upholstery-we have three dogs and three cats and this little thing is a BEAST for hair on couches, we got it five years ago and still going strong, we have even bought it for people as presents haha. Has rubber grips on the tip so as you drag it on the couch it grabs all the hair and pushes it into the vacuum opening
I've used a vac-groom in the past to really get the job done. But our groomer told me not to use a furminator style rake on my golden because it easily causes damage to the hair that isn't ready to come out.

now I just use a comb like this:

leave it up to your on if the rake vs comb is good or bad. I am not an expert on this topic.
