These are my favorite. I’ve used many different brush pens and I’ve found these are amazing!!!

Hi! I can’t speak for the quality of those specific pens but I think Pentel is a good brand. I can say that their sign brush pens are very nice quality. I got mine from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01EN0HCH6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_sXXUDbPVEZ6T6
These are different than the felt markers because these are basically smaller brush pens.
I have two recommendations, both of which are around the same price.
The first one is the Pentel Fude Touch Sign pen. Amazon has a "sale" on it, but they're also sold in Target stores for around $12.00. (At least where I live.) They're pretty small brush pens, which is perfect for bullet journaling or anything that doesn't require super large letters. The tips are really flexible, and they're easy to control, since they bounce right back after you push down on them. They're also water soluble!
The second one is the Kuretake Fudebiyori. This set of 12 colours is priced decently at $10.00, and they're one of my favorite brush pens of all time. The colours are bright and vibrant, except for the grey and purple ones (which are my favourites), which are pastels. They're water-based inks, so you can use them for hand-lettering and work with it for watercolouring too. The tips are much larger than the tips of the Pentel Fude Touch pens, but they're amazingly flexible and easy to control. The brush pens bounce back the second you push down, making it easy to make thick and thin lines. It's also really inky, which means that you can create gradient effects with the pen if you press down hard enough at some points and lighten up at others. Although it is inky, you don't have to be worried about bleeding or anything like that. It somehow tends not to bleed or ghost through paper much.
It's the purple Pentel Sign from this pack! https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EN0HCH6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Thank you! It's a work in progress. I really appreciate your comment. Those pens are the 筆touchサインペン. At the moment I live in Japan so they are available at most places that sell stationary and writing supplies.
I think this is the English equivalent. Pentel Sign Pen
