I'm right handed. I have small hands, even for a woman. I play a variety of games, but no mobas. I want it wired. This is the one I've been using for the last two years: mouse. I like the shape of this one and would prefer my new one to be similarly shaped.
This is the mouse I use.
It is an absolute STEAL for 25 bucks.
DPI adjustment, 3 extra buttons, great cord, adjustable weight, and RGB LED lighting on the wheel and logo
This is what I've been using for about 3 years now. Everyday, 8+ hours a day. I chose this one because is has an extension on the left side of the mouse that acts as a thumb rest. I don't like feeling my thumb drag across the mouse pad. It come with weights to adjust to your liking and extra pads to put on the mouse to keep it sliding smoothly. Its got lights that you can turn off or constantly on or set to pulse mode... So far it's been a solid affordable mouse. I'll drop a link.

edit: I left a lot out. like breaded cable. 5600dpi. rubber gripping...etc. just check out the link lol
I bought this mouse about a year ago and am really loving it, good weight to it (the weight is adjustable) and the clicks feel really solid too.
I've never had any trouble with build quality either.

What's the best value mouse? I really like the look of this. Does anyone own one (or has owned one) and could give me their thoughts?
Gaming mice tend to be quite pricey if you get a branded one. Unless you're a pro (like super precise fps stuff) I highly recommend Perixx. Its literally half the price, mine's been working great for the past 4 years and its on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Perixx-MX-2000-Programmable-Gaming-Laser/dp/B0083H4NG4/ref=sr_1_1?s=wireless&ie=UTF8&qid=1479459405&sr=8-1&keywords=Perrix
As for LED lighting, again HUE+ is quite expensive for the functionality. Go for https://www.amazon.com/Tingkam-RGB-Attached-Controller-Generation/dp/B01HXPPUR2/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1479459584&sr=1-5&keywords=led+pc+lighting If you want something that just works.
I got myself a drone last year but ended up playing with it like 3-4 times. There's a very high chance that it'll just end up in storage
Personally I recommend a nice tech backpack or satchel. Checkout CaseCrown for tech orientated packs https://www.casecrown.com/product-category/bags/
My favorite so far - https://www.amazon.com/Perixx-MX-2000-Programmable-Gaming-Laser/dp/B0083H4NG4/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1507035520&sr=1-1&keywords=perixx
I've had it for years with no issues.
Looking into getting my first gaming mouse. What are going to be my best options on a budget? I'm looking at a few things. These are the things I'm looking at.

I've also been looking at the CM Devastator II kit, but I hear the mouse isn't very good.
Perixx MX2000ii hasn't done me wrong.
This: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Perixx-MX-2000IIB-Programmable-Gaming-Laser/dp/B0083H4NG4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1454882209&sr=8-1&keywords=perrix+mouse It doesn't cost too much and worked well for me.
Not sure if this is up to your specs, but I use

The grips on the side and the shape of the mouse makes it pretty easy to pick up.
