I also have a bowl flipper. I ended up buying this in the smallest size. The 64 oz one is too heavy and squat for my 4lb mini rex to kick over. I would imagine that the 320oz version, which is designed to withstand a dog, would probably be able to hold up to your flemmie, as long as you keep it mostly full. If even that doesn't work, you could tie/wire it to the pen to hold it upright, since it has that convenient hourglass shape :)

I like that I can take the metal pan out, and clean really well. And I can fit my whole arm in the top, but it never gets dirty in there.
