If your motherboard doesn't have a 3-pin 5V RGB header, you're going to need to buy a 5V RGB controller.
Yes 3 pin is digital RGB which uses 5v. You could buy an adapter but you would lose the addressable functionality. Best to get a separate 5v controller. Phanteks sells this controller and supports 6 halos.
You could also get a RGB controller. They typically ha have couple different connectors to allow you to co tell multiple types and plug into mobo. I haven’t used one yet but I am thinking about it.
Here is a link. I use two of these controllers for a system with no addressable headers, but they do come with a cable for motherboard control. Looks like the same connector the Strimers use to me, but it's hard to tell in the pictures.
Phanteks has a DRGB controller that might be what you need:

EDIT this wont give you precise control like Icue or Aura can, but it has a few hardware lighting options.
It's a motherboard limitation. The ARGB headers only handle up to three fans each. You can add a powered hub to allow more though, something like this one from Phanteks: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BT8JXSG

You could also take that appart. Or just take on of the rgb cabels and cut the power so that the switch just closes the circuit and just turns the rgb on and off.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BT8JXSG is what I bought (i bought some Halos d-rgb for my case). The connectors aren't the standard 3 pin argb like https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YF64KLX uses.
So trying to see if there is an adapter that goes from the phanteks connector to the standard 3 pin argb or if i can simply solder the cables together (if i can figure out their color code)
You can buy an RBG hub from phanteks it is $27 on Amazon right now
