This! Go to the settings and change it from auto to HIGH. This mixed with any certified noise canceling headphones will do you wonders.

These are the best headset I have used. I don’t use my iPhone for work, if I need to take a call on it I use the AirPods.
I use a Plantronics Voyager UC headset at home, purely for work. It's got excellent call quality, is comfy, light on your head and ears, and is aptx compatible therefore music via Bluetooth sounds good. Bass is very present.
It connects to my pc and phone simultaneously and pauses music and resumes music when I'm on a call.
It also has a charging cradle.
I bought mine in September 2016 and I'm still using our daily.

I had a sales guy who kept complaining that his headsets had various issues. After a few swaps, including just swaping with my set and getting the same compaints, I ordered him a pair of THESE to shut him up. He left the company about a month afterwards and I quickly grabbed them. Can say, 10/10 would recommend for listening to music at work. They are also pretty decent for phone calls.
I posted this on another comment here but I can vacuum with these on and talk without anyone knowing

I've been using the following with www.voipmuch.ca service and it works great. Fantastic call quality vs the GXP2130 phone.

Hi all,
I'm new to this world. I want to buy a Bluetooth headphone that would be used while working: I will mostly listen to music with them, but they would also be used in conference calls (so it need a decent mic). I would also appreciate it if there is a jack so I can plug them if I don't want to use the Bluetooth.
So far, the Plantronics B825m and the Marshall Major III seems to answer my needs, but I'm open to any recommendation.
Tl;dr: Any recommendation for a 100-150$ Bluetooth headphone with mic?
