These aren't simple headsets you can buy and plug into your PC via USB etc, most if not all of them use a special connection or XLR.
I guess the closest you can get, without spending hundreds of dollars, would be something like this.
Those are the plantronics gamecom commander , those headsets are used in almost all major eSports tournaments including LCS they are expensive af here is a Amazon link https://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-Tournament-Headset-GAMECOM-COMMANDER/dp/B008QVQXYM
look like debranded Platronics GameCom Commander https://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-Tournament-Headset-GAMECOM-COMMANDER/dp/B008QVQXYM
However they dont use them because they want to. They are purely there so they dont hear (as much) of the casters/crowd because there is whitenoise in them.
I feel like something like this would be good for you but I don't know where to find one at a decent price at this point since it's discontinued: https://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-Tournament-Headset-GAMECOM-COMMANDER/dp/B008QVQXYM
You could probably find them on Amazon too.
If you guys would like the headset used this weekend you can pick pick one up here.
Is it cheating for the Seattle Seahawks fans to be so loud? Their stadium leads the nfl in opponent false starts. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/1407748-why-opposing-teams-should-fear-the-12th-man-in-seattle
Crowds are always gonna be loud man. Besides, ESL specifically uses headphones for noise isolation that play white noise while game audio comes in through in-ears. IIRC they currently use these, and have previously used noise-cancelling aviation headsets.
