You'll have to be using specific mics that have that type of noise cancellation. The other thing to consider is that some of these could be presenting to live meetings and not need to hear anything back.
better yet, just get a great headset: best
You'll be surprised how much of an improvement they are over your laptop and all the garbage background noise they pick up.
