Good point! Unless you have access to extended release potassium tablets (which I do), you'll probably be taking in your potassium chloride pure in the form of No Salt or other source (this one for horses is a bargain).
Anyway, if you're taking in your Potassium "straight-up" with no extended release fillers, you need to spread the intake out througout the day to avoid hyperkalemia. Watering it down (as in Snake Juice) is a pretty effective way to do so.
