What can I buy to use for pull-ups in a small city apartment if I want both a small visual imprint when not in use and not to take up lots of closet space?
I am pretty handy so I can install anchor(s) like these on the ceiling in the studs
Should I use rings with those? My ceiling is only about 9 feet high.
(I did just buy these bands, could I use these with the anchors for pull-ups?
