I agree with u/phillipsd001, Xbox 360 controllers are great for computer gaming. If you can afford a wired Xbox one controller however, I would definitely recommend it instead as I find it a little more comfortable and gripable with the “matte” finish on the controller and textured edges of the joysticks.
Edit: you don’t actually have to get a wired controller for Xbox one controller if you have a long enough micro usb cable but they do run cheaper and you can find some neat after market ones like this.
Though not as nice looking as that, the Xbox One Spectra controller can also change colors to match your system.
It doesn't have a headset jack, but I always use my own hardware for that. It does seem to have some manufacturing issues that result in some DOAs or bad triggers, but mine works like a dream.
If you're willing to splurge on a wired xbox one controller, they're great for Rivals, as well as having native Win10 support. No drivers, no setup, just plug and play. It's what I use for my PC games and it takes a bit to recognize the A/B X/Y swap but in the end, Rivals' controls are changeable and it's just a layout. I use this one that can be found for even less on eBay
I’ve been using this Xbox 1 controller for close to a month and honestly, I’d recommend it. Though peeps have their own opinions about off brand controllers
It doesn't have anything on the bottom. If it helps, I bought this controller
No, if it helps I bought this

I just bought this xbox one controller wired. Feels just like my normal controller. I love it. Wired is must-have for PC.
It was originally, but wired ones exist too now http://www.amazon.com/BD-Xbox-One-Spectra-Wired-Controller/dp/B00NQT48OG
