Not the best card in the bunch of 580s but for the 8GB model this is a particularly good price. You could probably OC it to get a bit more performance out of it too.
EDIT: If you don't trust Newegg considering their recent problems, Amazon also has it for the same price https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0711QH8ZS/?tag=pcp0f-20
Check out UK amazon or other amazon websites that are not in your country, but still in Europe.
On UK one, there is an RX 580 8GB for 250EUR right now
The only thing that stands out as possibly problematic to me is the MSI Armor GPU, they had really poor cooling performance. You might be better off with one of the other brands like Power Color's Red Devil. Looks like you'd save some $$ on it and get higher stock boost clocks too.
No need to buy a used 580, prices have dropped quite a bit on those, here's one I found on amazon for $169 brand new amazon
I mean, yeah my bad. I would like to _game_ with it (Switch to PC, from PS4). But only at home, so I don't see the point of having to carry the gtx 1650 model everywhere.
Here was my math : RB GTX 1650 = $1500 RB Base model = $900
Razer Core X = $300
RX 580 = $170
RB + Razer Core + RX 580 = $1370
Around $130 less, for less ram, ssd and cpu. BUT better graphics card than the 1650 and I can always upgrade my GPU.
Would I be worth it ?
yes the 580 performs better than the 570. that price is a bit high. there are many on amazon going for much less if you don’t mind the wait.
There are other brands in that price range too
If that link will work. If not, search on Amazon "PowerColor AMD Radeon RED Dragon RX 580 8GB"
But, the 570 is decent enough as is. But if you can spare the extra few dollars, may as well get the 580.
OK nice. I don't know who sold it on Amazon though. It just says "dispatched from Amazon global store" so I don't know how to contact them.
EDIT: Purchase URL: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B0711QH8ZS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also I can now see that the card price has gone down by 100EUR since I bought it. smh.
It's not that bad. I expected worse. With that said, anything over 1060 or RX 580 will get heavily limited by that cpu (and even with those you can hit a bottleneck from time to time).
If I were you, I would get this and use some of the leftover money go grab some more ddr3 ram (the plus side of being stuck on an old platform is that ddr3 is way cheaper than ddr4), maybe a new PSU if your current one is less than 400W. Or a serious fire risk. Or both.
If you have Prime, I'd consider this instead. Granted I'm not sure how big a difference the cooler makes.
Found an RX 580 8GB from PowerColor for $315! It's Amazon so it's safe. Returns for refund/replacement are free and easy.

Okay dude, I wrote up a big old thing then I realized that you have a prebuilt PC and that you might have PSU limitations. So! Do you know what the wattage on your PSU is? Also what is the exact model of your processor? If you dont know you can use the CPU-Z tool to find out. Lots of GPU's are power hungry, so if you have a limited PSU we may have to go with something like a gtx 1650 or rx 560. Or upgrade your PSU. I left the original message below for reference, until I know your PSU and CPU I cant recommend pulling the trigger on anything.

I would say go RX 580 8gb. Assuming you are in the USA there are some really good options on amazon and newegg right now. The lowest price on newegg is around $165 after mail in rebate, with lots of other options in that price range. From amazon theres also PowerColor XFX (I hate the look, some people like it) MSI Armor. There is also a few offerings for the Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8gb. The Sapphire Pulse was considered the best RX 580 for a while and right now can be bought for super cheap at $165, but wont be shipping until late August. You can buy it for $190 and have it ship right now on newegg and amazon.
There is one last option you may want to consider on the AMD side, but you would have to push your budget up a bit. AMD offers free games with the purchase of select GPU's from time to time. Right now they are giving away godfall withe the purchase of higher end cards, and the RX 5500XT. If you like the look of the game you can get the 5500XT 8gb and the game for $200 on amazon via the PowerColor or XFX. Just make sure you dont get one of the cheaper 5500XT's that only had 4GB vram, 4GB is simply not worth the investment in 2020. 8GB will give you what you need for big games today and into the future.
You mean like Amazon? ;)
A quick Amazon search shows otherwise. This was the cheapest listing on the first page. $180. I don’t doubt that there may be a third party seller or someone on eBay selling for less, but when it comes to computers, you can never trust random strangers to sell you what you expect them to.
Note: Best Buy is even worse with its prices $260
Put those prices in Checkmate.

Get the ryzen 5 3600 and the asus 570x motherboard. the 570x motherboard can run the ryzen chip out of the box without a BIOS update, it's worth not having to go through the head ache.
Also get the rx 580 8GB, I got this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0711QH8ZS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I bought the windows pro CD key online for $20, worked out great.
Also get the 1TB nvme SSD for storage, its like $110, it's faster and it's cheaper then getting a HDD and SSD
No clue, to be honest.
This is the next card in PCPP if you're willing to go for this one, shipping is a little high, though:
Or there's this one from amazon, so free shipping, which will be in stock in 2 days:
What about this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0711QH8ZS/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_awdb_0XUqEbHYX9YWY&subject=I want to recommend this product on Amazon

Both are 8g ddr6 rx 580s for less than the one you picked. Also you can get away with a silver+ power supply easy

Not sure wherre you are from, but amazon.com generally ship to the majority of places
PowerColor Radeon RX 580 RED Dragon V2 Radeon RX580 Graphic Card 8192 MB https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0711QH8ZS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WrcjCb52S30TE

You can get the slightly lower end Red Dragon instead for £230 here.
You can get this one for cheaper - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0711QH8ZS/?tag=pcp0f-21
A Ryzen 5 2600 + RX 580 + 8GB of RAM will outperform a Ryzen 5 1600 + RX 580 + 16 GB of RAM in every game at 1080p med-high, you, I, and everyone else know that, I don't know why you are trying to say otherwise, and on top of that it's cheaper
And then I don't understand how you can possibly say that I've made a bad contribution when you unironically posted that mess at the beginning. 1) You chose the 1600 over the $16 upgrade to the 2600 2) You lied to him about the ASRock B450M Pro4 being a "mid-level" motherboard when it is basically the 5th cheapest B450 board in existence 3) You actually recommended an RX 580 with a Mail-in Rebate instead of a card like this and 4) You actually recommended a non modular PSU instead of an at least semi-modular power supply like this one for the same price
Tell me that a Ryzen 5 1600 + 16GB RAM + an RX 580 will outperform a Ryzen 5 2600 + 8GB RAM+ an RX 580 and I'll shut up
