All recipes are just going to use the pressure cook button so don't worry too much about additional features. Features missing - canning and sous vide. But I would use a separate sous vide circulator since that works better. I don't do much pressure canning so not really that important.
For the blender, yes unfortunately the good ones are like $500 (VitaMix, BlendTec, Waring). There are now knockoffs for much cheaper but you may get burned since it's Chinese merch (they create a random brand name, sell on Amazon, and then disappear 1 year later).
