Although the black ones seem to be out of stock.
I use these ones: https://www.amazon.com/Premium-Earphone-Cable-Shure-Ultimate/dp/B0115LYMEC/ref=lp_12078938011_1_1?srs=12078938011&ie=UTF8&qid=1472556011&sr=8-1
They certainly aren't as rugged as the stock cable (I find the stock cable too heavy and uncomfortable), but they're practically still brand new since I got them last year.
An even better alternative would be to purchase a UE 900 cable replacement from Logitech for 20 bucks: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/ue900
Hey! I just designed my own cables for Shure SE215 that I use. They can be removed and put on relatively easily. Please support a fellow redditor and check out and even review my cables:
I just designed my own Shure SE215 cables! Mine is a NON-Memory wire cable that works really well on staying on! I would really appreciate if you can help a fellow redditor and purchase and review my cable. I worked hard on them! Thanks!
I'm an SE215 user and I just designed my own cables! Mine doesn't have a mic, but I enjoy them much more than the stock cables (obviously). I would appreciate if you would be willing to take a look and possibly review it! Links below:
