Dude.. Well AHCC is supposed to boost your immune system. I would take mine 30 minutes after and before anything else.

There's an ongoing study with some extract from mushrooms called AHCC, based in a previous finding. The pills are very expensive and the study uses a dose that I can't pay I just buyed 2 "flasks?" and honestly I don't trust those Amazon verified reviews. Right now they are doing a study on vaccination with people who already has them -it's in Paris if I'm not mistaken-it doesn't cure but for some people it has helped to avoid new ones, I'm more confident on this.
