Pinterest has some great ideas if you can wade through it! - lots of lovely practical acitivties and resources like this - I've used this without writing the shape name on and let the children explore what they could be for themselves..got some brill mathematical language out of them and it took me all of a minute to make.
I've just seen you did general primary which is what I did (although mine was a SCITT course). These massively helped me through the year - nice to quickly reference and gives you enough information without bogging you down (they do an 1 for the each core subject).
