It’s to Amazon but that’s where I got it. Hope the link works. It’ll at least give you an idea.
I get tendinitis all over the place fairly regularly, probably because my joints are so loose and the tendons can rub and get irritated easily. I use a sling when my shoulder(s) act up and unfortunately an orthopedic boot for ankles.
You guys have problems with frequent bouts of tendinitis too?
I use a Pro-Tec strap (http://www.amazon.com/Pro-Tec-Athletics-Band-Compression-X-Large/dp/B004VRW1DC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1462817716&sr=8-1&keywords=pro-tec+it+strap) on each leg and wear it above the knee...maybe 3-4 inches up. I make it pretty tight but not so it shuts off circulation.
I don't know which thing helped me so I'll swear it was exercises, foam rolling and the IT strap that is fixing mine...all three! I figure I'll just keep doing my routines indefinitely
I sort of had this issue about 1.5 years ago. I tried every trick in the book and was getting desperate for help. What worked for me was taking a week off from running, then start back up easily while wearing an IT band strap on every run. Used the strap for about a month. Tbh I don't even think I needed that week off if I used the strap from the start. The strap was a god send

Also, the shoes that I was using were very worn out and they weren't even made for running. Check your shoes and make sure they're in good shape
