The probiotic they gave you looks like a really good one! I am on a similar one with nearly all the same strains in it (I checked the ingredients for both) and it’s a lot cheaper! If you’re interested I get mine from amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079H53D2B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_zb3gEbKF5B0HC it’s only $18 right now!
Dude. MIRALAX. Take 2 caps a day. You'll thank me later. Just do it !
Start over ! Flush yourself out with dulcolax. Take like 3 of those babies. Wait 10-20 hours and you'll be on the toilet.
Take probiotics and prebiotic.

These are the best sellers on amazon. After a month of taking a pill per day religiously my bloating and cramping went away.
Drink water obviously and at the least eat 20gs of fiber when you start this routine.
Interesting they have a bunch on Amazon that I was looking at. I have a refrigerated one I like so I was curious

20-35gpd? Holy fuck.
Sounds like you need to not touch alcohol again until you are off of phenibut.
I am a long time user (5 years, 1-4gpd), down to 200mg per day now, and the things that helped me the most were exercise (just weightlifting can get rid of anxiety), L-theanine, GABA (supplement), chamomile tea, and Aleve PM (for sleep).
My stomach was all sorts of fucked up from phenibut use, but this probiotic really helped me out.
I use these from Amazon. So I always had a smell too but the BV was a little bit stronger. These probiotics really helped with the regular smell too. Not as smelly after sex anymore.
Yup it was this trash
Watch out for the delayed release anti acid caps.
I get recurrent oral thrush which is obvs not what you’re describing, but taking a daily probiotic is seeming to help. I got this one on Amazon. Might help a bit? Sorry for what you’re going thru, that sounds rough

This has been the best probiotic and has basically saved me
Probiotics 60 Billion CFU [Dr.... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079H53D2B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share I used this one. I quite liked it.
I've liked these 2. First is a general - second a yeast eater.
1.
2.
renew lifethis one comes up often and can actually be found at most grocery stores. But then I purchased this one, maybe best seller is what got me but they both seem to be in the same realm of the help needed for my body women’s probiotic - this LCM247 can be found in most yogurts, Kiefer and cheese as well!
I've never had that happen, but I definitely would put a pause on both tampons and baths until things are feeling completely better! A really key part of treatment for a vaginal infection is following up the antibiotics with vaginal probiotic suppositories. This is what helps to actually repopulate with good bacteria / replenish the lactobacillus that may have been wiped out.
There are protocols on myvagina.com that you can look into for this but I believe their BV protocol suggest transferring the Azo women's probiotic to a vegetable capsule, to be inserted vaginally. And the folks at Evvy recommend taking this: https://www.amazon.com/Probiotics-Formulated-Probiotic-Supplement-Acidophilus/dp/B079H53D2B Lactoferrin is important to get the bacteria to stick around locally in the vagina.
And have you done an Evvy test? It lays out your entire vaginally microbiome so you can see all bacteria present and tailor your treatment/how to move forward. You can order it on your own: https://www.evvy.com/
Make sure you are drinking tons of water! And, you might be gaining meddle. Also, try taking a probiotic for your gut health, like this:https://www.amazon.com/Probiotics-Formulated-Probiotic-Supplement-Acidophilus/dp/B079H53D2B/ref=sr_1_2_sns_sspa?crid=1UXGRKPKKBWZ9&keywords=50+billion+probiotics+for+women&qid=1666558200&qu=eyJxc2MiOiI0LjE3IiwicXNhIjoiMy40OSIsInFzcCI6IjMuMzIifQ%3D%3D&sprefix=50+billion%2Caps%2C102&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1

And, finally, check in with a doctor about your asthma, thyroid, and any possible immune issues and ask your OBGYN about PCOS. Good luck!
https://us.naturalslim.com/collections/productos-naturalslim®/products/good-flora this one is the one that worked after using it for about a month.

If your on subs the only way to have consistent BMs is this….
I always spit my saliva after I am done taking my suboxone. Never swallow it. It caused me headaches and constipation.
I take a daily probiotic, Magnesium, fiber vitamin, Vit C, D3, Zinc, biotin, iron, and a women’s daily vitamin everyday and have not been sick in several years.
Prior to taking these vitamins, a probiotic and spitting the subs I was lucky if I had a BM once a week. And would sometimes have painful constipation. Once I started taking all of these and spitting the saliva I have a normal BM usually everyday. Sometimes every other day. And it’s usually an hour or two after I take my morning Suboxone dose.
The probiotic that I take is physicians choice 60 billion probiotic
Here are 2 more probiotics that my doc recommended
Earth’s Pearl Probiotic & Prebiotic
Phillips' Colon Health 4-in-1 Daily Probiotic
Hope this helps!!
This is what has helped me have a BM regularly….

I take a daily probiotic, Magnesium, and fiber vitamin and bunch of vitamins everyday and have not been sick in several years. Vit C, D3, Zinc, biotin, iron, and a women’s daily vit.
Prior to taking these vitamins and a probiotic I was just spitting the subs and probably having a BM every few days. And sometimes painful constipation. Once I started taking these I have a normal BM usually everyday.

They’re great! Probiotics 60 Billion CFU -... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079H53D2B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I did Acupuncture my first round (and prior to egg retrieval) but after that failed I ended up ditching it because another appointment just felt overwhelming and I ended up just not being able to relax during appointments. If it will ease your mind, do it, but otherwise I don't personally think it helped for implantation. Even the treatment they do after / before is just to "relax" you.
I drank coffee (you can have up to 200mg of caffeine even when you're pregnant), worked out as normal (the general prescription is not to change anything too drastically before/after transfer) but tried to also get a couple good walks in. Some things I changed this time that are kind of 'floofy' medically was that a month before I started taking Super Vitamin E and Probiotics. I read some things about how probiotics might be helpful, so I figured...why not. I also started drinking pomegranate juice, eating whole grains, salmon/good fats like avocado, and eating 3 brazil nuts about 2-3 weeks before (and I still did until I got my 2nd positive beta), and did the whole 'keep your feet warm' by wearing comfy socks/or uggs daily after transfer.
Have you had a positive pregnancy before? I never received a positive before this 3rd transfer, and after my 2nd failure I did the endometrial biopsy to check for chronic endometritis. I ended up having it, so went on 2 weeks of antibiotics. I still wonder if this is what was causing the failures. I also did a hysteroscopy but they didn't find anything. I didn't do the ERA because I was doing a natural cycle, and my progesterone levels have always been good, and I have never needed pessaries or PIO. I also double checked my thyroid because it was a bit elevated at the super start of my IVF journey, but it ended up going down... so who knows.
I'm trying everything. It seems to have helped, but I can't determine what helped the most. For better results, try one thing at a time. :) All the supplements below were recommended by someone on r/BrainFog. Please do your own research and/or check with doctor before you try any meds. Good luck and let us know what works.
Go to bed 1 hr early
Take Effexor XR in am instead of pm because it keeps me awake.

These. By far. Everyone's different, so YMMV, but I really turned a corner when I bought this mix/dose/brand/whatever the difference may be. Other probiotics and supplements I tried didn't do much at all. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079H53D2B
I see you googled probiotics. I’ll save you the time. Here you go.
Physicians Choice 60 billion probiotic with prebiotic blend is excellent too.
> Prebiotics
I am still taking them, it's been about 1.5 months. I do feel a little different, but still on Lexapro and do not really plan on coming off anytime soon (been on Celexa/Lexapro for 20+ years). I was just interested in some studies I read about and wanted to see what would happen.
I started using this for the first month and felt happier, but that was probably placebo effect - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079H53D2B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Then I read a study about strands for depression/anxiety and found this, which I currently take. I personally felt better on the other one, but like I said I think it was placebo effect. I will take it for a few months and see what happens - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZMO7UKW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Good luck.
I've been using this one from Amazon:

I take Physician’s Choice 60 billion. It’s on Amazon. It really helped for unrelated Candida and I noticed my breakouts were also nonexistent at the same time. here
