you could also try contacting dental schools near you.
during lockdown I bought these dental tools since I get buildup on my bottom teeth easily. they're sharp so I very gently remove the tartar and my teeth actually do look a bit better. hopefully you can get a cleaning soon, but that's what I use in the meantime.
In addition to a good toothbrush, there are two other things you need: daily flossing and periodic tarter removal.
Flossing removes bacteria can from between teeth. It's essential.
Even with perfect brushing and flossing, tarter will still form on your teeth. It's a natural occurrence. If left in place, it will cause gum disease.
Tarter is very hard. It needs to be removed with a metal pick.
You're probably familiar with this process from the dentist. They scrape your teeth (and probably your gums a bit too). Afterwards, your teeth feel amazingly smooth and clean.
I started to scrape my teeth myself about 8 years ago out of curiosity. I wanted that super clean feeling at home, in between appointments.
It's honestly not that difficult.
Before starting the process, floss your teeth and use a listerine type mouthwash. This removes bacteria from your mouth. You'll likely cut your gums at least a tiny bit, and you don't want the bacteria getting in there.
Use the tarter scraping pick to slowly and gently scrape the tarter from your teeth along the gum line.
The front teeth are the easiest, as you can see then in the mirror. Practice on them a few times and you'll start to get the hang of it. You'll feel the tarter getting scraped off. You'll notice a difference when you run your tongue over your teeth.
Once you feel more confident, start to do your back teeth. It'll take some more practice, but if you go slowly and gently, you're not going to cut your gums any more than a professional does.
Make sure you get all the tarter off your teeth at least twice a year.
Here's an example of what you need. Honestly, you really only need the tarter scraper, but it's nice to have the case. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LOM4ISM/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_Q79VQM06GC6W2211WMG9 ng
You are going to have to work on that English a little bit for us to understand you.
I think you are having a problem with your mouse. You can use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the laser on the bottom.
If the button us stuck, you may want to try a dental pick to clean around it, but I would not recommend trying to open it.
I think I'm going to buy this and try doing it myself.
