Try a stainless bucket, maybe? I use one to feed my boy Buster, it’s cut down tremendously on how much his food splashed around. (He’s toothless so his food is pretty soupy when I give it to him.)
I have three Rhodesian Ridgebacks; the smallest is 85 pounds, and the largest is around 100.
I use these 2-quart buckets (flat backed) clipped inside all the crates with double ended snaps, plus an extra one outside the crate in my office, and a low, wide bowl in the living room.
We had this problem with Summit. He's a Golden Retriever and he LOVES to swim in his water bowl. We ended up buying one of these and hanging it up on the side of his exercise pen with a carabiner. He hasn't tried swimming in his bowl since. I'd recommend finding some way to hang up her water bowl so that she is unable to easily paw all of the water out.
