Standard Wifi antenna, as far as I can figure. Yes, you can buy them separately. Here is an Amazon link.
It should still work with only 2, but 3 is ideal. I'd get a new one.

Really any antenna with the same connector will work. I had this same antenna and did not like how difficult it was to screw and unscrew so I just oped to get a pair of these https://www.amazon.com/Protronix-RP-SMA-Antenna-Wireless-Router/dp/B004BLRMP0/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1503086188&sr=8-11&keywords=wireless+antenna and I find marginal if any difference in signal.
