For the 8dbi it came with one, make sure you pay attention to your antennas connector. They were different on both.

Edit: it don’t matter a whole lot which brand you go with but make sure it will fit your connection type (male or female)

since you bring up 810.21 he can round ground wire to the mast and bond that and run to a ground rod.

However in 810.21 it says to ground the cable going inside. I'm not sure how to actualy *do that* compliantly with an ethernet cable. (I have devices for doing that with coax but ive never seen them for CAT 5/6). I suppose they must exist? I wonder if they're compatable with POE. For instance this is one for coax:
