paint/spray this on in the affected area. You can dilute it down a bit if you are worried about it staining. You may have to reapply once a week or after a wash/rain but it will work. I actually dilute it down and spray it on my lawn to keep the neighbor's dog from shitting in my front yard.... well the dog will shit one more time but that will be the last shit.....
I use pure capsicum for a lot of dishes including ramen, shabu shabu, pho, chilli, etc. etc. All heat, no flavor (not much anyway).
Sriracha of course, plain ol' Tobasco is in there as well as their Buffalo style (I actually like it better than Frank's). I also have a bottle of the Diablo sauce from Torchy's Tacos, and it's a pretty good topper. However there are quite a few times when I just want to add heat without changing the flavor - my go to for that is Pure Cap.
If you're a real spicy fein then I'd commend Pure cap. Pure unadulterated capsaicin: http://www.amazon.com/Pure-Cap-Hot-Sauce-Ferociously/dp/B0000DG4NJ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1450596374&sr=8-1&keywords=pure+cap
So Potent. You get the spice without messing with the flavors. Could just add a few drops to your favorite milder hot sauces.

One of my 'basic' jerky recipes is the Alton Brown with double the red pepper volume, only using a 50/50 mix of habeneros and ghost pepper flakes. This might be the thing to step it up a notch.
Add a drop of this on there. They’ll learn.
Capsaicin extract is probably what you are looking for, something like this
Pure capsicum is your answer to everything.

Dilute with more vegetable oil, or just use a drop. Zero added flavor.
This product has been around for at least 20 years. I remember it from the old Peppers catalog I used to get in the mail.
I have a feeling it's on par with this stuff called Pure Cap.
I have a bottle of it, and its just way to hot to use in anything.
