In addition to what everyone else has said, how's your vitamin and mineral intake? Hunger can also be driven by micronutrient needs, not just macronutrient needs. Do you take any vitamin supplements? If so, what kinds?
I'd be curious if your hunger changes at all with the addition of a high-quality multivitamin, such as Pure Encapsulation's ONE.
Then why does Amazon give out different delivery date depending on which seller you choose (all fulfilled by Amazon)?
For example, Pure Encapsulations - O.N.E. Multivitamin currently has two sellers, both fulfilled by Amazon. At my location, one of them has a delivery date of Friday and the other seller has a delivery date of Monday.
> Pure Encapsulations O.N.E. Multivitamin: https://www.amazon.com/Pure-Encapsulations-N-Multivitamin-Hypoallergenic/dp/B00CBYG1L0/ > > Thorne Basic Nutrients 2/Day: https://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-Nutrients-Complete-Multivitamin/dp/B00FOTMGTU/
Both of these have very high B12 (500mcg), 200-250x the recommended daily intake. Too much B12 causally raises digestive system/colorectal cancer risk slightly. June 2021 study (Yuan et al) using Mendelian randomisation on the UK BioBank
Pure's also lacks Vitamin K2, and Thorne's gives MK-4 (seems less preferred afaik).
> Garden of Life mykind Organics Whole Food Multivitamin for Men (Real WholeFood Based): https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Multivitamin-Men-Supplement/dp/B00K5NEKVC/
This one has more reasonable amounts, but it doesn't specify whether its vitamin K is K2 MK-4/7, and doesn't seem to contain methylated folate.
In the first place, vitamins are individual chemical compounds that the body requires, and imo there's mostly no benefit to having them be derived from whole foods. Whole foods are good in the diet on a macro level.
I would suggest avoiding this brand. They sell a line of "Whole Food MultiVitamins" that are not whole food based. Basically false advertising. This is more a personal cripe.
My recommendations:
Pure Encapsulations O.N.E. Multivitamin: https://www.amazon.com/Pure-Encapsulations-N-Multivitamin-Hypoallergenic/dp/B00CBYG1L0/
Thorne Basic Nutrients 2/Day: https://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-Nutrients-Complete-Multivitamin/dp/B00FOTMGTU/
Garden of Life mykind Organics Whole Food Multivitamin for Men (Real WholeFood Based): https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Multivitamin-Men-Supplement/dp/B00K5NEKVC/
Eggs, rice, full chicken to roast, peanut butter, potatoes, bananas, and a shit ton of spices/ sauces. Get an insta pot and make bone broth for soup and pour the chicken fat into that from the baking pan/dish. Bananas are very cheap too. Grow your own herbs and make your own yogurt (surprisingly easy). Lard is also cheap. Look for high calorie to cost rations.
These foods, along with a really dope multivitamin and amino acid support and omega support you can sustain on that for basically forever and it’s $1.20 a day (pre tax).
Ain’t the best life in terms of food but it will get you far and if you’re creative you can eat well still.

This one also from Pure https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CBYG1L0 but you won't find it on ND. From ND I have Tongkat Ali, KSM-66 Ashwaghanda
At least 7 hours of sleep per night is the most key ingredient.
Other than that, exercise at least 2x per week for at least 15 minutes to 30 minutes each day that you exercise.
Whether you do cardio or more muscle building exercise, both would help... but I personally think intense cardio is likely the best for FPS gaming.

For more immediate "fixes", drinking a 16oz or 2ooz energy drink can help.
If you do need something immediately, then this is likely to be the best option... but if you can, opt for something healthier like the "Zero" versions.
You can also try Yerba Mate, Coffee, or Espresso instead of an energy drink.
Beyond those factors you can also consider supplements that may help with energy levels, cognitive health, and overall health
NOTE: Any supplement is best only as an "add on" to a somewhat diet, at least 7 hours of sleep, and regular exercise
Quality supplements:
This one isn’t bad, and I believe Dr. Rhonda Patrick suggested it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00CBYG1L0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Rya6DbVDB44SZ
It also doesn’t contain iron, which is something most of us don’t need extra of.
I've had good luck with this one:

But I would love a second opinion!
I take this one this one and eat sardines and krill oil. And In my opinion I would get vitamin panel blood test because everyone is different.
Looks like Methyl protect has a lot of B Vitamins, which can definitely give those symptoms. My doc put me on these...
