I swear by these down pillows off of Amazon. Keep four in my bed. Fluff them every morning and they have been in excellent shape. Goose Feathers and Down White... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0168H5SZ0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
My grandmother always has down feather pillows she gets custom made by some pillow maker near in our hometown and she has the same way of putting pillows in each room, but maybe slightly different. She will put firm ones first, the the soft feather pillows second, followed by firm pillows that match the duvets. It is the BEST way to dress your bed, and I’ve followed this method since I moved out of her house at 17.
You have enough pillows to prop yourself up and watch the tv or read a book, and then the down pillow and slightly firmer pillow beneath said down pillow makes for the perfect neck support while you sleep.
I don’t have money like she does or Hilton Hotel lol so for my home me and my fiancé got down pillows from West Elm andAmazon, and both were surprisingly not expensive. I know the ones my grandmother gets are around $250-$300 at the cheapest. She gave me one for my birthday and it unzips to have a mini pillow in it that you can take on planes and stuff. But tbh the ones I got off of Amazon and West Elm are comfier to me than the one she had made for me. Just goes to show money doesn’t buy the best...hope this helps and sorry for my rant lol
Also, another thing you can try is a weighted blanket. Since you mentioned loving the feeling of the weight of the blankets, I think weighted blanket might help you achieve a similar feeling as the one you felt at your stay at Hilton. You can get them in various weights and they are great for RLS (restless leg syndrome) and also anxiety/PTSD. They feel like a warm hug and make you feel secure. I think everyone needs that right now.
