Two books to check out:
Dirty Genes (you may recognize yourself as having a mutation that causes anxiety like COMT (I did) and he gives supportive suggestions) And Peter Bongiorno’s books. I’m using this one. I find it useful to get the overview rather than scattershot recs here. Helps me understand how they fit in.

IN terms of channeling these guys, I’d say getting sleep should be your top priority. Things that can help:
Good sleep hygiene (no screens before bed, limit caffeine, etc. I’m sure you know this!) Daily moderate exercise & tons of water Cut sugar, add veggies. Daily 💩 To help you fall asleep, you can try melatonin, lemon balm, l-theanine (I think my body loves this one!) and ashwaganda or rhodiola in the evenings. Try to Start them all a few days apart in case you react negatively to one.
Be aware that B vitamins and some forms of magnesium can cause people to feel jittery and anxious.
Consider supplementing fish oil, Magnesium, Bs and/or zinc. But again, start them one at a time so you know how you react. Good luck getting sleep!!!!!
