This one is my favorite. It starts off with finite dimensions, so you only have to use basic linear algebra. From this you can construct the uncertainty principle, entanglement, quantum teleportation, etc. Integrals start up in chapter 3 where quantum mechanics is applied to position and momentum, but at that point you should have enough intuition to make an easy transition.
