I recently just added another 2x4 tent to my setup and the whole thing cost me around 300.00 not including seeds nutrients growing medium etc. but you should be able to get everything else you need for under 200. I wont suggest any specific brands since I do mostly hydro and you didn't mention your medium.

1000w led (really 100W) -(get 2 for a 2x4 tent) im having really good results with these lights. dont let the low price throw you off they really are great. they have dimmers so you can lower the intensity when the girls are still young

smart plugs(2 pack) - for turning the lights on and off. you could go with an old school timer if you dont have a smart phone. or you could do it manually but its a pain
