Do you think you do this with the depth rails mounted on the most bottom or is it okay to put all of the weight on the front and back mounting braces?
I'd recommend this rack: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M9DQAMS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_nSapFbCHBBKB0
I own it and it's great. 15u, built like a tank, and half as cheap as the other racks I saw recomended here. I got mine from their eBay store for $130.
Pretty sure it's one of these. Looks just like the starter rack that I purchased.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M9DQAMS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share this is the rack that I bought for my homelab. $175, 15U, adjustable depth, and pretty easy to put together. In case you're not able to find a cheaper used one locally.
You are right. Sorry 15U https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M9DQAMS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
