It looks very similar to this panel that I have, at least the screw mounts match up for the "stand". It's a great tiny monitor for what it's worth! Full hdmi too and powdered via USB makes it great for this project.

They’re relatively inexpensive, I went with the one I linked under. It’s not too bright but it does the job :)
This is excellent, and your timing is perfect. I have a Pi3 and a 3B+ that need new duties. One will be PiHole, and the other will do this bit of greatness. Looking forward to more details, including the overhead on the Pi to run things.
Standard 7" touch screen found here on Amazon?
They make little 7-10" monitors that you could use to display whatever you want.
The software he is using is Aida64's Sensor Panel functionality. (Paid Software)
The hardware looks like one of these
Looks like one of these
they came with the screen. a couple hdmi and usb cables also came with it, but i wanted something thinner and longer, like this and this
there's also this frame kit that i THINK is compatible with it. something like that might just be up your ally. the screen i used is a 7" so make sure you measure things out.

You can get a cheap one like thisin whatever size you want then jst set up in Aida64. Making the panel can take awhile unless you get good template to copy.

The only thing that PC Part Picker is missing is the Ram I bought so I added the closest one, but I went with the Trident Z Royal Elite 64GB (32GB x2) 4266 from Newegg. I swapped out the link in the comment, but PcPartPicker didn’t have it as a choice.
Cut the rough shape and designed a bezel in Fusion 360. Everything is a little rough right now, I’ll need to file it down more and tweak the bezel design. The reason I printed a bezel was because the 7” Raspberry Pi Screen I got on Amazon has really ugly and uneven bezels. Literally every side is different, so I designed the bezel/housing for the display to accommodate for those and center the screen. Everything snaps into place.
Still waiting on custom cables to come in to finish it up. I may get some metal trim or something to cover the gaps as it’s extremely hard to file perfect squares haha.
The goal is to have a system monitor on this screen. For those who are interested it does run at a full 1920 x 1080p despite what the Amazon link says. I’m going to try overclocking the monitor to see if I can get 120hz as anything 60hz is just hard to look at for me now lol.
If you have any suggestions on making it pretty I’m all ears!!

I don’t have a exact cost because I also cut out the picture mat and used some scrap wood to extend the picture frame on the back to enclose the raspberry pi.
If anyone wants to know what screen to use, I bought this for my RaspberyyPi but will work for a miner

There are other, cheaper options though.
Just the 7 inch screen for the raspberry pi.

I was going to guess a MIPI-DSI display, but the video(https://youtu.be/wRsn2f6dxCk?t=64) shows it as "Portable Display" and "1024x600@60Hz" which has an HDMI<->FlexPCB(FPC) adapter between the PI and Panel(https://www.amazon.com/Lebula-Touchscreen-Raspberry-1024X600-Capacitive/dp/B07VNX4ZWY)
