If you need a suggestion, I have a white Razer DeathAdder Essential and I love it so far. Before that, I had a Corsair M65 RGB Elite which does look nicer (white glossy finish), 3rd side button, and has adjustable weights, but had a known issue with an unresponsive left mouse button. The Razer DeathAdder Essential is definitely of better quality.
well just rma it and get a new one due to the people saying lottery

gwolves sound nice but if you bought a 402 you probably cant afford the 70 usd gwolves plus buying used is dumb
razer is unreliable and some people get like 5 defective keyboards so why trust them with their mice
glorious is good but yet again, you bought a 402. the glorious model o is 60-70 but some people on amazon complain about bad cord but yet again spam rma until you get a working product

A funny story
I remember like 10 years ago at my first lan party were i played some COD4 and CS, every teenager there had their super cool razer, or steelseries mouse and keyboards, and some RGB mouse pads and all the cool stuff. One of my team mates came with his white Microsoft keyboard and some cheap laser mouse, and a notebook for a mouse pad, the dude wrecked the entire Lan party, The dude was a god and way above everyone else level, so peripherals here didn't make a diference.
Constructive thoughts
That being said, a cheap mouse can be inaccurate, the cheap sensors don't work so well with fast movements (that fps games require), it may not fit your hand very comfortably and can cause pain and strain over a few hours, cheap mouse may brake quickly especially if it's just a 3$ mouse.
Look, a better mouse wont improve your game immensely, but it may help, it will make sure your aim can be a bit more accurate, it can make your practice go more smooth.
Some options
"Gaming" mouse or a good mouse, doesn't have to be 60$ or more, here are probably some decent options at different price points.
Razer deathadder essential, currently on sale 29.99$
Decent mouse for the price 15$
Another decent mouse for the price 17$
Hyperx at a decent price, good brand 27$
My suggestion if you can is to go to a shop and try also the feel on your hand, being comfortable is a big deal, probably better then "being good".
