I bought a computer mouse on Amazon.ca. I bought it from Amazon directly, not a third-party vendor. It doesn't fit my hand well, so I tried to return it through my Amazon account but I was forced to contact a customer service agent first. Two live chat agents told me it's non-returnable. Apparently the manufacturer deemed it non-returnable but didn't give a reason. The ergo shape should be comfy for long use.
If you want a freespin / tilt wheel buttons, then look at the Basilisk options. I have the Basilisk Ultimate, with uses a tension wheel to adjust the mouse wheel, plus has left/right tilt buttons, which I love for navigating documents.

This is the cheapest I've seen this mouse. My old Deathadder is having double click issues so I've ordered myself this one.
