I had a gift card for best buy and splurged on the Razer Kishi. It is pretty good, I'm not sure if I would be as happy if I didn't have a gift card. It is really comfortable, even for long game sessions though. Plus it uses usb-c so you dont have to mess around with bluetooth and it has less input lag.

Razer Kishi, it's a telescopic controller. I'll give a second recommendation to it, I have quite enjoyed mine. It's super easy to setup, you just plug it in and boom it works. Only thing is you're not gonna be able to have a case on your phone and use it (that goes for most telescopic controllers).

Eh? You can buy something like a Razer Kishi and play xCloud games on a phone very well. Yes, it needs a good and stable connection, but it's doable without worrying about touchscreen controls.

Refurbished Galaxy S10+ for $259? Fits everything except can't root, though the UI is somewhat customizable with Good Lock. As a former flagship with snapdragon 855, it's generally better for gaming than a new lower-midrange $250 device. It probably fits into a Razer Kishi, I have a similarly sized phone that squeezes in well enough.

Razer Kishi Controller for Android used for Xbox gamepass. It's fairly new and made specifically for android phones when you want to play xcloud. Plus it plugs into your phone's usb-c so that you don't have to use bluetooth. Personally, I am thinking of getting one. It is fairly expensive, though. But it seems worth it. Here is a link..
