Looking for buying advice

I am looking to buy a headphone with mic for work related calls. I am looking at something in the $50-100 range, but I wouldn't mind going a bit higher than that for the right thing. Here's my constraint though:

1. I live in a noisy neighborhood next to a busy street. That is there's vehicles constantly honking and people chatting outside my house. Over a phone call, it sounds like someone is watching the TV loudly in the next room with the door open.
2. I would prefer a wired headset over a wireless one, because I am running Linux and wireless is pretty much a hit or miss on it so far. Also don't want to worry about charging it every other day.

What I have found so far:

Also I searched for noise cancelling in the reviews and people seem to talk more about the noise that they can't hear when they have headphones on rather than the noise that the microphone doesn't pick up when they talk.
2. Blueparrott B450-XT: https://www.amazon.com/BlueParrott-B450-XT-Canceling-Bluetooth-Headset/dp/B01M3MMFA5/ - This seems to be industry standard for truckers so I'm guessing this would work for me. My only concern is with the headset being only on one ear, which usually gives me headaches.
