Staples also carries it, in stores in canada, i looked at the usa website but it said online only and wasnt as cheep as Amazon was
They're just panels you can swap out, it's not like you can move the individual buttons on the keypad.
The picture on this Amazon link shows what I mean. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0788MCRGC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_CV9N6B72SKSA3DKNR5MV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I was looking at maybe getting this mouse, do you think it would work well? I wanted a mouse for MMO’s too and this kills two birds with one stone, only thing is there isn’t just a 4 button adapter piece. Unless you know of one Similar that does by chance? (With different adapter pieces to suit whichever game you’re playing at the time instead of having different mice)

Can you type well? My friend with DMD switched to an on screen keyboard when he lost the ability to type, he downloaded a programmable one with predictive text. Depending on what abilities you currently have, check out a mouse with programmable buttons.

Adjust the mouse sensitivity and dpi for your range of motion!
Not sure if you settled on anything yet, but this came up in my Amazon suggestions during Prime day, and I thought of this thread. Looks like a great mouse. Razer Naga Trinity
I've played that build, and it's a good one, but the big problem in terms of it being hands-off was (in my experience) that the counterattacks don't really reliably proc.
It's less of an issue when clearing (I once went AFK and came back to a pile of bodies) but against bosses it's incredibly slow to not use Bladestorm.
If I were in your situation, I'd turn to hardware for the answer. For example, I recently bought this mouse that has a number of thumb buttons to use. I got that one specifically for the changeable side-plates since I'd used 16-button side mice before and could never keep them straight. The 7-button round configuration was a lot easier to get used to. By default they're bound to the 1
through 7
keys but you can change it on a per-game-per-profile basis.
Hi, I've been having a problem with my Naga Trinity for the past two days - the left mouse button has been jittering, making text dragging hell and use of Excel impossible.
I found out the problem is quite common and looked for a way to activate my warranty on the Razer site. The instructions directed me to first contact the reseller.
I bought the mouse last November from Amazon. Under the product name it says simply Razer, not sure if it's just indicating the brand or if I bought the mouse straight from Razer. The link for the product is here.
On the product page on Amazon it says the mouse's Durable Mechanical Switches support up to 50 million clicks, backed by a 2 year warranty. I'm fairly certain I didn't go that far in four months, but I couldn't find the stat and heatmap section in my mouse software.
I don't understand what I should do now, I can't seem to find any warranty activation option on Amazon. I registered the product on the Razer site.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Aw man well sorry to hear :/
A few things came to mind without knowing the specifics of your condition, just some general QOL perhaps- pardon any assumptions I make about the difficulty of a given thing, I'm trying to speak in general/relative terms.
Magic tank gear and animate dead is a huuuge ez mode crutch for taking less damage and overall making bossing way more chill. Ganodermic is cheap and will suffice.
Sidenote on cryptbloom-
It's OP and requires avg ~1500kc at Croesus to farm, which could be super difficult for you, or doable with practice, If you can kill strikes, then I'm confident you could eventually get a croesus rotation down. The bright side of Croesus though is with SusAlert to tell you which mechanic is up next, and all the right equip, you can have a set method of handling each mechanic with several seconds heads up for each. Can also be a fantastic moneymaker and might be one of the most viable methods for you to get S-tier value drops without the Raksha/Zuk/Zammy/Telos/Glacor Hard Mode reflex-intensive and punishing mechanics (or death costs!). Croesus can be learned in public instances where your failure wont matter much, and once you feel comfortable, try to find a chill 4 man group in the "croesus fc" that's ok with you still learning. After 5-10 hours in a 4 man, you'll have it dialed and I found it pretty easy going.

The damage reduction of animate dead can be so significant that there are many more things that you can just camp soul split at (like vindicta, with enough DPS, heh)
Furthermore, the Blood blitz spell (single target) or barrage (for mobs) + dark form prayer (for 20% proc rate) provides additional heals on top of soul split, or in its place when using deflect prayers.
Vampyrism aura, and daily vis wax so you can extend to 2 hours can be a nice carry as well. Vamp scrimshaw only works for melee btw. Aura works for any style.
With regards to pray flicking and eating food, I would definitely recommend an MMO mouse (all things permitting, and assuming you don't have one). I have the Razer Naga Trinity which I use with the 12-button keypad. This way I can revo++, manually firing off specific abilities like a defensive, ultimate, or threshold, or the occasional well-timed basic, as well as eat with my left hand keybinds, and pray flick with my mouse / right hand. In the event I'm eating and actively mitigating mechanics, I can fall back on revo++ to do its thing for a few abilities and still be dealing damage / gaining adren.
Btw there is a banker that walks around just to the north west of the lvl ~35 lava strike patch, making for quick er banking in my experience.
Try using defensives, like devotion right before you kill one to extend it, and immediately attacking another one. Use debilitate often, sacrifice is a nice heal, natural instinct -> immorality can be nice for a prolonged 25% damage reduction, and be sure to always use tuskas wrath on slayer tasks :) Perhaps play around with a defender and reflect + revenge.
Re: Arch Glacor
I'm almost positive you can use the grouping system or (unrelated) the max guild portal to get yourself there. The senntisten quests will provide damage reduction with a fully upgraded pontifex ring and is recommended long, but you can go there anytime and glacor is a great learner boss. It's one I often recommend. Safe deaths and configurable mechanics make it a dream for this. You can go full afk at 0 mechanics, and dial it up 1 at a time to get used to using defensive. The cannon is great for learning to shield swap and resonance, or pray magic + reflect + debilitate, or magic pray + reflect + vitality, or devotion + magic pray.
You'll need to have your camera on freedom/Freedom classic and zoomed way out so you can see his arms. Glacor telegraphs his mechanics ahead of time both for the range, melee, and mage hits, and with these little ice arrows that come from the walls on either side. Where the ice arrows disappear tells you where the Ice wall will end up, and you know by where the ice walls will end up where to stand and which mechanic to expect next. This gives you a several-second heads up to prepare for an incoming attack. Glacor is also a good boss to learn prayer flicking, and when you want to take it a step further, flicking to the deflect prayer for a split second when he hits you, and going immediately back to soul split, rinse and repeat. This really isn't necessary for survival in normal mode, but more so a skill that will help you long term if it's not too inconvenient. It's stressful at first but generally speaking, becomes easier as time goes on. Effective soul-split flicking, resonance, devotion can allow you to no-food up to 5 mechanic nm glacor with relative ease, but practice doing so on fewer mechanics at first.
Cheers
If you have some money to blow you should get the razer naga trinity.

Hope this helps!
I came back a little later than I'd like but I found a few options.
You might never need the extra options but it's configurable to whichever layout works best for you and is from a well known company. The circular would be easy to navigate and remember which keys are which. The 12 button layout wouldn't be too bad if you used the 2,4,5,6 as a WADS replacement. Likely you can set up anything you need and have extra function buttons that you can configure. You'll eventually learn to navigate by feel.
A cheaper option from a brand im not familiar with but does provide the 12 button layout but doesn't have the customizable insert and is half the price. The weight option could be beneficial if you have issues with your right hand.
Razer generally makes decent if not expensive stuff. The stuff I've had from them has always been easily remapped but the other option is half the cost and possibly as suitable. It really comes down to what's best for you and your wallet.
I've used two brands over the years and swapped between them as the mice wore down (I play wayyyy too much so my use case is extreme, I've gone through a good few)

Currently using the scimitar, personally between the two I think the make and quality of the scimitar is better but the overall feel of the Naga's buttons is better if that makes sense? But I can easily recommend either.
The Naga Trinity is very similar but doesn't have optical switches or onboard memory, and is a generation behind; it was released in 2017. If you don't mind these missing minor features, it would be a great choice for you, especially if you don't want to pay for the Naga Pro, it is essentially the same shape. If you live in the US or Canada, it is currently on sale for $70 and $90 respectively.
Just checked, thanks. Amazon link
I use a razer naga hex. It has 7 side buttons in a circle around a thumb rest. Feels great in your hand and just the right amount of buttons. The ones with full keypads, the buttons are too small.

IT is not, however, 30 bucks. It has since been combined into the trinity. You can't get the hex anymore on amazon D: But the trinity has BOTH options. Full keypad or hex keypad.

This is the mouse I use for everything (except for office/editing/development applications) as a daily driver and a gaming mouse and cannot speak highly enough of it. The left side face-plate is magnetic and hot-swapable and you can set it up to automatically swap to a completely different profile (ie: reconfigure all buttons and even the DPI and RGB if your into that) when you change the face-plate.
It also available at walmart so you could just go pick it up instead of waiting on shipping.
One thing I did coming from controller to MNK was change how I swap weapons to feel more natural like on a controller. I have down on my scroll wheel set to swap weapons (so it only cycles between kinetic and energy) and up on my scroll wheel to my power weapon. I have grenade and melee bound to my buttons on the side of my mouse.
Also i thinking about getting a Razer orbweaver https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Orbweaver-Chroma-Progammable-Adjustable/dp/B013P0HW7K (or another gaming keypad) i had a similar pad in the past and having 5 easy access buttons with your thumb is so under appreciated. Never having to remove your fingers WASD allowing you to always be strafing and moves its amazing.
The Razor Naga Trinity is on sale right now due to their new wireless version just launching. It's right at your price range but I have no clue about shipping in your case. Hope this helps!

Just a suggestion, I’ve used this (Razer Naga Trinity Gaming Mouse: 16,000 DPI Optical Sensor - Chroma RGB Lighting - Interchangeable Side Plate w/ 2, 7, 12 Button Configurations - Mechanical Switches https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0788MCRGC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_pg6fFbKMTAJRM) with macros assigned to the number keys on the mouse.
Also done the same with something like this: Merdia Numeric Keypad Wired Numpad 26 Keys Portable Keypad USB External Mini Slim Keyboard Magicforce for Financial Cashier Securities-Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08213PM2G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_4h6fFbPWG84YM
I’ll look at config stuff for midi tomorrow
I have crouch set to rolling my scroll wheel, that way I never have to let go of shift for sprinting. It allows me to slide into engagements very easily. I also highly recommend picking up a mouse with 5-6 side buttons for your thumb to rest on. That way you can assign them to your class ability, grenade, melee, and weapons swaps. It feels much more natural to hit those buttons with your thumb because that’s the finger you use to hit them on controller.

Sorry to tell you this, but the modular trick has been pulled off by other gaming mice from multiple vendors. And when you buy one from them, you get it right away instead of hopefully in several months. Or a year. Or not at all. And there's no shady "sell to your friends to get free stuff" promos, either.

Not really able to answer for the swiftpoint, but I've been enjoying the Razer Naga Trinity for good 2 years now. Has magnetic plates on the left side, that fit 3 different button schemes. One with 2, one with 7 and one with 12 buttons.
Been using the 12 button one for MMOs and i quite enjoy it.

I suggest Guild Wars 2 with the mouse on the link below.

You might look at the Razer Naga Trinity, which can have 2, 7, or 12 side buttons. It is heavier than the Deathadder fyi.
